Yes, and usually very gentle - rarely any bone-crushing tackles. Pure football, without the interruption of foul play.

I'm guessing Hua Hin won 2 - 0 today. Did anybody go? Can anybody confirm?

I wasn't there but yeah, it was 2-0 Hua Hin. Goals from Andre + Big Valery.

They've put a picture of the starting 11 up on Facebook although I'm guessing there was probably lots of changes.

Didn't go but would have gone but found out too late where they were playing. Not happy, club needs to improve their advertising and PR.

Tomorrow should be a good test. Not exactly sure who they are playing as BCC Tero have two teams. BCC Tero Sasana play in the Thai premier league and BCC Tero are top of the Bangkok Metro Thai Division 2. The game is at 72 Year Anniversary Stadium which is the home ground of the premier division side. For anyone thinking of going the ground appears to be near to Survarnabhumi airport. Not sure whether I will go as I am unsure how easy it will be to get there making my own way.

Can't manage to find Kaeng Krachan Stadium where we are playing Wednesday. Has anyone any idea where it is?

Pretty sure it will be against BCC Tero of the metro league, as BEC of the premier league have a league match this evening.

Given the stadium's proximity to the airport, getting the airport bus and hailing a cab would be a good bet. Match should finish in plenty time for you to get back to airport for the 19:30 last bus.

Otherwise, minivan and then either just a taxi from Victory Monument, or use the skytrain airport link from there + taxi from airport.

I would go for the first option if I was going.

As for Kaeng Krachan stadium, I had a look online but couldn't figure out where it was, kept getting directed to the racing track. A Thai lad asked the question(in Thai obviously) on their Facebook on Saturday but there's been no response.

We went to BCC Tero in the Champions League last season, and it seemed a very long way past the airport - however, who knows, we may have got lost. The most expensive 2nd division stadium I've visited.

I'll message them to see if I can find out more about Kaeng Krachan - I can make it to that one.

Just checked back to see, it is indeed the same stadium we played at against them in the Champions League last season.I knew it was in the general direction of the airport, after consulting Google Maps, it informs it's 15km north of the airport, so the other side of the airport.

Have a nice trip GD, I'll look forward to your report.

Was that only 15Km past the airport? Seemed a hell of a lot further. We must have been lost :D

No video last week as I was away.

The key improvement this week is the apparent about turn on provision of a roof for the main stand. Still not the biggest roof in the world, but probably adequate for the 250 regulars.

Thank you Hua Hin City for listening.

Today's friendly result:

BCC-TERO FC 2:2 VANA NAVA HUA HIN CITY

Regarding Wednesday's game, the club have told me kick off time is 16:00, but I've got to wait for the 'promo' to find out the venue :?

:banghead: :banghead: :banghead: Totally lost for words - obviously knowledge is power :tosser:

Did you go GD? How was it?

The PR and advertising will improve NEXT WEEK. Anybody got any idea where tomorrow's match is being played yet? It's either a BIG secret, or maybe the club are too embarrassed to let people watch them yet. Do they want a following or not? Being told to wait for Promo will probably be too late - they usually give a couple of hours notice (I need to locate it on Google Earth, and then drive there). Kaeng Krachan Football Stadium seems alien to the rest of the world. :?

I've asked them to post the location in clear and precise ENGLISH on their Promo, otherwise, what is the point of the promo? .................... yes, I know :banghead:

Just asked Toy my mini van driver 10 Km's past Cha-Am you turn left and its another 20-30 Km's from there.
If you are still unable to locate I will get him to speak to your wife when we have a Somtam pit stop.
Is Bangkok a place or a nasty injury.......Eric Morcombe.

Didn't go yesterday, too many ifs and but. They looked to have put in a decent perfornance against the team top of the Bangkok Metrro Div 2 judging by the short video clip. Great pass by Michael Byrne for the first goal.

I have sent a message to Ricardo to try and get diretions and a map to Kaeng Krachan Stadium posted on the clubs fb page. He is going to ask. Fingers crossed!

I know where Kaeng Krachan is, but no idea where the football stadium is. I checked Google, and this is the best I could come up with:
