Can you imagine the clean-up bill after the Spurs fans have done their worst every other week? Will Upton Park still be empty and useable, WHU have already turned down a ground share at their new stadium, so I guess MK, look out, the Gobby Cock is coming your way.caller wrote:This could be interesting!

Maureen describes himself and his players as "tools". Got to love his honesty.

I`m only trying to be helpful, we were all accused of being too lovey dovey. I`m waiting for an onslaught from Jimmy Greavesredzonerocker wrote:There's definitely no kumbaya around his camp firedtaai-maai wrote:Arcadian is definitely ahead on points in the run-up to the new season.

Seems the few people that turned up to watch Chelsea`s training sessions in Canada thought they were going to see stars from "Made in Chelsea". They soon realized their mistake when they saw the ugly mugs of Terry and Costa

I`m upset, on another thread Caller called into question why I supported Arsenal and the term "plastic" was used. Do you have to be born within chanting distance of the club you support? I look forward to Caller`s answer since he was born South of the river in Putney!

Nope,it doesn't make the slightest bit of difference where you're from or how far from the club you were born/live.
I think it matters that you are a fan from an early age and come what may, that allegiance never waivers.
The 'plastic' label for me is more directed at people that haven't really had any form of allegiance, then all of a sudden they're a 'whoever is successful' fan all of a sudden.

I'm not sure, as many here have pointed out that Arsenal haven't been successful for a decade or so.
In that case it's not easy to brand Arsenal fans as plastic.

I'm very sorry arcadian, when you called yourself a janner, I automatically assumed Plymouth would have been your local team. It is easy to forget the other pretenders in Devon. If your local side was Torquay, I don't blame you for choosing a team whose name started A R ..................... just a shame you chose the wrong onearcadianagain wrote:I`m upset, on another thread Caller called into question why I supported Arsenal and the term "plastic" was used.
