You can always open a new tab Ctrl+T and he won't notice. It would also mean me leaving this site briefly, which I'm sure Lev wouldn't want.

The black and white of the picture obviously went over your head. It was a dig at ourselves (Spurs Fans).Bamboo Grove wrote:Nice photo, GLC but where's your FPL team?

I went into the fantasy football league for two, maybe three years, and I never once completed the year. I found it to be a little frustrating to be among the guys at the bottom of the table. Not gaining, not losing any points - just given up.

3 hours and 20 minutes until the Manu vs Spurs kickoff.
Excited much?

I'm gonna risk being called over-confident and say...Spurs for the win by 12 goals.

OMG I've just watched the pre-match interview with Harry Kane. Does he have learning difficulties? What accent does he have? I've worked all over the UK, but never heard anything like it. I probably understood less than half of what he said.
Championship Plymouth Argyle 1 - 2 Leeds Utd

It's been mentioned in the press and social media many times about his lisp/slight speech impediment and that he is difficult to understand (unless you're from his local town of Chigwell on the Essex/London border).Big Boy wrote:OMG I've just watched the pre-match interview with Harry Kane. Most footballers, were they to be given a test, would be classed as 'special'. Yet they earn a frickin' fortune for having football feet. Crazy World.Big Boy wrote:OMG I've just watched the pre-match interview with Harry Kane. Does he have learning disabilities?
Manu 1 - 0 Spurs
What a let down.
For the first 20 minutes Spurs showed the kind of class that could beat the best, then we gifted a goal and it became a non-event for 70 minutes. United showed no strides of class today for the whole 90 minutes, which should be a worry for them. Yes, they won the game (who scored again?) but they showed nothing of anything towards a 'top four team'. No chemistry, skill, imagination - on their home turf... at least we showed something. If only for 20 minutes, we showed that we can actually play.
And why is Ashley Young still in any Premier League's first 11? - I can only assume that United have some sort of 'Black Man Quota' to fill.
Re: Premier League 2015-2016
Maybe Utd didn't have to get out of first gear. After all, they are top and Spurs are bottom.
