Cost of water per litre in Hua Hin and Khao Takiab Condos

For those of you that are paying water rates in Condos as owners or tenants, can you please let me know how much you pay per litre in Hua Hin or Khao Takiab area.

I think at the moment we are paying a high price and would like to get an idea what others are paying.

i can't give you condo water rates. sorry. but my water bill in Khao Takiab for my house is about 52 baht every month.
plus or minus a few baht.

as per the bill, the number of water "units" per month is around seven.

this is for two people taking a lot showers, cooking many meals at home and a large garden, no pool.

Water is not charged "per litre", but per cubic metre, or unit, being 1,000 litres. At my Condo in Bangkok it is 16 Baht per unit.
If the Condo is supplying the water (most likely), then the rate will be that agreed by the co-owners and juristic. They are probably running a pump, have a reserve tank, and maybe some filtration equipment, all of which costs money to maintain. If you are renting the unit and paying the owner directly, then he most probably is charging you what ever he likes.
