Fire Behind Night Market Street

Does anyone have info on a fire behind Night Market street near Les Bobo's Backpackers Hostel this morning

The locals told me a gas tank had exploded.
Two things I noticed..
1) was the fireman up skyhigh on the hydraulic platform WAITING for water..
& 2) the ingnorance or sheer reluctance (Thai way) of car drivers to pull over when the big red Fire Service tankers were pushing them trying to get by..with sirens going..& these motorists had just been detoured due to the blaze so half an ounce of common sense should have told them WHY there was a red tanker right behind them..

DO hope there was no fatalities..

Yes, I was having lunch around there at midday. Agree motorists were very uncooperative, took the police to make them behave a bit better. I counted 5 fire appliances in attendance, the one with the overhead gear turning up quite late on. Leaking hoses, water cascading out underneath one of the fire engines. I don't know the cause of the fire but during previous cold spells some people light charcoal stoves inside their houses.........
