The one I think your referring to Steve is to be built along the Chao Praya on the Thonburi side of Bangkok. Still under study from what I read this week and no date for a start yet. It seems they're doing a rethink as a lot of squawking from residents and other. The ship crash was down in Samut Prakarn. Pete
