I think its just something United fans and now those of Chelsea and Arsenal will have to accept.
And dont forget Spurs have been in transition since 1961 and Liverpool since 1989 ! :rasta:

Not Wenger, time for change.

Would have been Guardiola.
Simeone seems the popular choice, personally I quite like Koeman.

Henry 14th wrote:From a playing perspective Diego Simeone would be great, not sure how good is English is though, and his German, French etc. Could be an issue.

Failing that Thomas Tuchel currently managing Dortmund would be a shout.

We've missed the boat really with Klopp going to Liverpool, he would have been ideal for a long-term replacement.
I think we really missed the boat with Guardiola.
Whoever replaces Wenger will have a very tough time of things. Wenger has craftially created a club structure that he has a huge say in.
The finances are there, the basis of the squad is there, it just needs some fine tuning and a new direction.
Had Wenger done that pre season or January, I think we would have been comfortably sat on top of the table.

Hard to believe after some of the shocking boring dross they have served up this season that United still have a chance for 4th place :alien:
What price Guardiola comes to City and they are not in the Champions League ? :rasta:

Even funnier if Guardiola and Mourinho fight it out for the Europa League with the outside chance of Klopp joining in. Welcome to the big time fellas. :guns:

With Spurs dropping a couple of points, will Leicester capitalise and add a bit more breathing space to their run-in? Leicester have a difficult game against the Saints today, but if they can take all 3 points they open up a healthy lead of 7 points with just six games to play. Still looks like a 1-2 between Spurs and Leicester although Arsenal still have a chance after yesterday's 4-0 win, but can't see any of the others reaching the top spot.

Chelsea appoint Italy boss as head coach

"Chelsea have appointed Italy boss Antonio Conte as their new first-team head coach, starting from this summer.

The 46-year-old former Juventus boss will begin a three-year contract after his country takes part in Euro 2016."....

Not everybody's in favour of his appointment - former Chelsea player Chris Sutton reckons he's the wrong appointment, too much like Jose and too strict so at the first dip in performance and he has a rant, the prima domas might throw their teddies away?

Well, only time will tell, won't it?

Chris Sutton was a complete and utter flop at Chelsea and only lasted one season 16 years ago before being shipped out. I doubt he's got his finger on the pulse at Chelsea. Just as with Jose, the players that have played under Conte love him. Jose wasn't one for a big rant at half time, but from what I have read Conte's even more extreme than Fergie's hairdryer. I don't care, as long as he is successful. It seems he wants Costa to stay and I'm hoping he'll keep JT, some continuity is needed with all the other expected changes, including shipping out Courtois who's looked lame all season.

I think it's a real shame that Leicester are going to win the league with their anti-football style of play. I watched half an hour of the saints game and... turned it off.

After trying to watch a few of their games recently, I'd prefer anyone to win than them (yes, even our beloved neighbours The Arse). It's a shame that Spurs took a little while to get going as all those draws at the start of the season have cost us. Any knowledgeable football fan can see that Tottenham are the best team in the league from back to front at the moment. Unfortunately, it's a funny old game, and the best team doesn't always win.

Remember how Chelsea won the Champions league with their anti-football? Leicester and Ranieri took plenty of notes.

The best team always wins the league title.
Leicester are 7 pts clear with 6 games to go, so I think they have a fair claim to being the best team in the league at the moment.

Sorry, but that's nonsense. Might as well say the best team always wins any given match.
Of course, I suppose it depends how you define 'best', and gooners probably have difficulty with that these days... :duck:
