Apartments for rent.

Does anyone have any suggestions/recommendations on apartments for rent? I will be needing a place from about January to May (possibly August) 2006. I don't care too much about furnishings/air con/ tv as long as the place is cheap. Any information is much appreciated.

I'm looking at keeping a "base" location in Hua Hin for the same time period (Jan - May 2006) so any replies will help me out as well !!
