BUSH = is he the thickest of all

Post by Mack111 »

I was reading some stuff about Bush the other day and it really dose seem like he either is of extremely low IQ or he’s just so far distanced from real life that he just glides buy without a care, sure he’s most likely just a puppet but at the end of the day he’s still in the hot seat. If you believe what you read on some internet sites he allegedly has an IQ of 115 with 100 being the average but considering his father goy him out of going to the Vietnam war I’m sure he could have doctored his IQ result.

Any opinions?

Just read today he wants to increase the size of the US army and marine corps to ... wait for it ... "help ease problems caused by war"

Is it Bush that's thick or the uneducated American new generation who swallow this twaddle and have voted him in ... twice!

Sarge,

Agree with your thoughts totally, the war issimply about lining the pockets of those that really run the world - not guys like Bush and Blair.
One messed up world we live in!

Sorry Sarge, but a bit of a generalisation there. You cannot speak of all the people in a nation in the same general terms. As I remember, in the last US Presidential elections, the majority of East & West coast Americans didn't vote for Bush.

Saying that is like saying all Brits are drunken football hooligans, or all Aussies are called Bruce & Sheila. :P

If you wish to criticise the Government or individual "profiteers" carry on, but please don't tar the whole nation with the same brush. As many Americans protested against this war as any other nation's citizens.

Yes good point from Jockey and good reply from understudy. Prophetic words from Burger.

Let us not get intelligence confused with knowledge. The fact that an American Lady has no knowledge of Asia is no surprise. I have seen world maps in the US that show the Americas in the center and have Japan China Korea and Taiwan (or is it Taipei now) on the western edge (-120 degrees longitude). The Eastern edged was about 60 degrees longitude which just showed the middle east up as far as almost the Pakistani border. The (very highly populated and significant) remainder of the planet was not shown.

This type of thing is not evident in Europe where all Europeans are taught at school about the rest of the world particularly Britain maybe because they owned most of it at some point in history.

What both have in common though is their faith in the news media. Even ex-pats who have been outside of their western homelands for decades still consider the western media as being the truth and journalistic editorials as being their political guidelines.

Those who cannot, will not or don't understand what they read listen to the advice of their peers and families and go along with them.

An intelligent person would use many sources of information and with the best of their skills come to some sort of logical conclusion about whether or not to vote for anybody and if so who to vote for. Th problem is that these people come to different conclusions and also that they are a slim minority.

AS for the latest "Fuck for Virginity" statement by Bush, it puts forward yet again the same questions that I have always asked since Bush was elected the first time by the Media Station Fox News rather than by the public who were actually on about an even 50/50 split with public opinion being slightly in favor of Al Gore. The questions are:

1. Who really holds the power.

Does Bush answer to Murdoch or the CIA or is it the other way round, or is it a triumvirate. Other possibilities exist but the likes of us are not allowed to discuss them on an open forum but they basically surround issues in the Middle East and the ever growing unstoppable threat of the Chinese Empire. One thing is for sure is that US military and the CIA are working from a hidden agenda. One thing that I believe though, that wherever the power base is, it is not solely in the hand of the retard Bush. Forget his track record as US president just look at his track record as a businessman before he entered politics.

All this above can equally apply to Blair, MI6 and the UK. It is just that Blair give the impression of (and probably is) much smarter than Bush.

2. Why are the media moguls along with the political allies allowed so much monopolization about something so important when soap powder manufacturers and cell phone network suppliers are strictly controlled to protect public interest

There has been much said and written lately about Thailand not being a true democracy and being thirty or more years behind the west. Maybe they have got it right. If they all stink don't vote for the stinkiest, vote for no-one.

I believe politics is entering a new phase. Many systems of government have been tried and many are still in existence today. Some have lasted longer than others. Democracy as we know it has had a good innings but I think the time now is to go back to the drawing board and come up with something different. All systems tried so far have failed and democracy has now had its day or at least reached its peak.

Any suggestions anybody?

There is much truth there but as Dawn pointed out ii is a bit of a generalization.

I think you will find that many wars have gone ahead after a result of a political lie to the populace. Many of these have in fact been from the UK. Suez, Korea, the Falklands War and more recently the Second Gulf War.

Many people do not understand the difference between education and intelligence, not just Americans, but please consider that intelligence can not be manipulated whereas education can. It is ridiculous to say that the Americans are stupid because they have a different eduction system. They are mostly Europeans anyway. Evolution does not work that quickly.
