New year resolutions

Post by buksida »

Has anyone else made any?

A couple of mine will be to stop going out, getting plastered, and making an arse of myself.

Second is to continue the fitness training which I havent done for a week.

I'll make an effort to stop ranting about everything on HHAD and I should really stop having kids too ... anyone got a cable tie?

It's the 3rd day of mine. No more drinking at home. Theoretically that should help my health, my purse & stop me ranting on the forum in the evening. :D Unfortunately, yesterday I was really grumpy without my glass of wine, so "moderated" slightly more than usual. Sorry!! I'm keeping at it, though...

Admirable sentiments Randy. I ensure that I have a drink on New Year's Day just to ensure that I can't pretend to myself that I'm going to try giving up.

My resolution - to work my butt off over here so that I can get over there quicker.

My resolutions for this year hmmm....
First and foremost get myself a Girlfriend for a LONG lasting relationship, plus possible Kids in the Future. 2nd get myself syndycated in my corresdondent career, being freelance all the time does not help me financially and careerwise I'm not moving up either. 3rd Doing my part in living a Carbon neutral life as suggested by Al Gore in his Movie "An Inconvenient Truth"

Well that's all for a year, anything more than those three points would an exaggeration what beyond I"m capable!!

One Resolution which I always have is to Live & enjoy life as it where my favorite food plus alcoholic Beverage!

In diesen Sinne Prost  Und Frohes Neujahr 2007! AN Alle!

Mine was supposed to be not to work so hard and to make time for relaxation - all work & no play makes Jack a dull boy etc.

Sadly, following an email from the UK I am sat up here in Khlong Nam Lai drawing up a barn conversion for a couple in North Wiltshire. There goes another New Years Resolution. :(
