So what is going on around here and where does it happen? This section is for discussion on local events, festivals, and holidays as well as activities and things to do.
This is a family forum - I'll have to post it in Night Crawlers
[Edit] Actually, thinking about it, I just stared at it in silence for about 5 minutes, totally dumbfounded.
The one Windows 10ism I've suffered to date is sometimes being asked for a password, when there isn't one. I find a good hard stare makes the request go away - I think I was trying the same stare, but the message didn't go away.
BB, just a suggestion, but how about changing the above to just "Advertised times can change daily. It is recommended that you check with the cinema first on 032 523245" I don't think it is just Thailand that has these type of issues, and even if it is worse here than elsewhere, no need to make a specific point about it?
Visited Bluport a couple of days ago to watch Underworld. Probably not going to be up for an Oscar but Kate Beckinsale in a skintight outfit running around killing werewolves you Can't go wrong. We went to the matinee and only 4 people in the whole theatre so I tested out the expensive seats at the back even though we had only paid for the 200 Bt ones. They gave us popcorn to try. The caramel was good but then they gave us cheese flavour which was like soggy wotsits. The restaurant sells beer so I had a couple of cold ones whilst watching the movie. Did not try to order service from the seat but I am sure the usherettes would go to the bar for you in return for a small tip. Watching the trailers there are a couple of films that look good coming up.
Even though there are a number of recent movies filmed in 3D and some of them really lend themselves to it, this is the first movie shown in 3D since April.
