Small house to rent for a month
My husband and I are planning a trip to Hua Hin in November, 2007. Would like to rent a small house or bungalow, in the 20-35,000thb range. Really don't want to stay in a hotel for a month. Are there good possibilities in Hua Hin??

Jersey Girl,
You will have no problem finding a place for that time of year, and you should be able to find it for less than your budget, although that depends where you want to be - the closer to town and the beach generally means more expensive. I would suggest that you deal with either a reputable agent or get someone you know to sort it out for you though, as there are some unscrupulous types out there who will happily take your money and then either provide you with nothing or not what you wanted when you get here. Hopefully you will get a response from someone on here who owns a property in Hua Hin but is happy to rent it if they are not in town when you are.

Thanks so much. My thought was the best thing to do would be to contact a real estate agent. My first fear was that it might be hard to find something. We really don't want to stay in a hotel for 5 weeks. Have noticed a couple of houses on HHAD. Am hoping that one of them will be available.
