That's a real toughie ched. Can you give us a clue. Is there a connection between ripped off and bill. When you get your bill it is usually ripped off from a pad of bills. I can not think of a country in Europe with key in it unless you mean Switzerland where you need a key to unlock the clock or Greece where every man carries the key to his wifes chastity belt while he is out working in the Olive Grove and taking care of his goats.
