Pleasant find up 88.

Firstly let me start by saying I am in no way connected to this place.. Right, now that's outa the way let me begin...
... after a full morning of riding my m/bike and almost back into H.H. I was feeling peckish.. upon passing a new place I thought I'd swing in & check it out..??
This little r/rant is at the very top of Soi 88's hill (past the court house & keep climbing).
As you are near the 'Beep-beep Buddha tree' look for the Walls ice cream banners & food ads/pics & swing on in.
The food is Thai, Pizza & steaks, good value, clean place & good service (IMO).
But if you fancy lunch somewhere outa town, but not to far this is a rural setting & away from the cement surroundings of town.
(I ate the battered Dory, chips+salad for 89B, & it was just right for me..with a beer to help it down)..
Sorry I do not know the place's name. but it's the only r/rant near the tree.

We are grateful to the usual suspect for making us aware of this nice place at the top of the hill. Name is Hunter Steak Restaurant = N 12.55555, E 099.92950 Did not think to ask what hours they are open. We had a large breaded fillet of fish with a small genuine salad, not just a piece of lettuce topped with a slice of tomato, & chips at 89฿. And a spaghetti carbonera that was also very good at 100฿. There are several beers, pleasant atmosphere, parking, and we will be back.
