Post by Heart&Soul »

Hi

Can anyone recommend a local Builder for a wall build, probably about 200 meter wall in length by 5 1.5 meters high.

I live in the Pranburi Area.

Hi heart & soul,
How are u going with quotes for your 51.5 meter high wall !
I presume you mean 1.5m.
Could you let us know how much you are quoted as I will be getting some work done soon myself.

Normal wall construction here seems to be:
1.8M high, reinforced concrete footings and ground level beams, then blockwork, then concrete reinforced columns, then top of wall capped with concrete reinforced top, then rendered one side (not painted).

Prices range from 1,700 - 1,900 Baht per linear metre for quality work, from what I've seen.
