We bought land (200 sq Wah) in Hua Hin in January this year and will be building our House Later in this year or early next year. We need to add soil to raise the level to make it higher than the road which will be concreted eventually. Does anyone know where we can get soil from? The wife is visiting her family in Chaiyaphum on 10APRIL and will be in Thailand for 3 weeks, so she would like to try and arrange this during her 2nd or 3rd week in the country.
