English Pre school or institue for Kids?

My 6 yr-old son only can speak in Korean, who will start to live in Huahin from June or July... Although he needs to start schooling this year, don't think he can follow the classes in Thai/English there yet... So am now considering hold him for a while to let him learn English first-but am not sure whether this is the only option I can have.... Is there a any facility to teach English for the expat kids who can not speak in English?
