Teatime TV
Teatime TV
The subscription has arrived as suspected at bht600 per month. It seems rather expensive for just the UK channels which are Fr in UK. The reception is good and no freezing, but HD Prime with all its freezing problems at Bht380 per month with channels galore and sport including all Sky chanels etc is an alternative.
I downloaded the Teatime system 2 days ago and last night received an email giving me 4 days free and then either get out or go with the subscription.
I was a subscriber to Expat Tv and also 365Sport and I must say there are far too many similarities for that ownership not to be involved, so one month at a time. However with Free TV and not poaching the Premier League etc perhaps it will be OK.
What are your thoughts people of what to do or choose?

I haven't received an e-mail yet, but if that's all they are offering, I've found alternatives. I see no point in paying 600 Baht/month. I assumed they would add a bucket load of channels before charging.
[Edit:] I currently have:
[Edit:] I currently have:
- 3 Platinum packages from AIS that costs 600 Baht/month (total) - more entertainment than you'd ever need.
- beIN Sports @ 199 Baht/month for Premier League - don't pay during close season.

Like a couple of others that have already mentioned it here, I use TVmucho for all the UK channels. Don't need Android box and don't have to download software. Has TV guide and 7-day catch-up and very rarely freezes. Good value at €40/year. They offer 1 hour/day free so you can test it.

Had not heard of "TVmucho" previously - so gave it a go. Absolutely spot on (and great value if the quality stays as is) - thanks for the heads up Barry!barrys wrote: ↑Thu Jun 28, 2018 8:19 am Like a couple of others that have already mentioned it here, I use TVmucho for all the UK channels. Re: Teatime TV
Sorry, I made a typing error with the price - it's €48/year, NOT €40, but still very good value. I've used it for a good 6 months now.
Android app is also available, so can also watch it from smartphone or tablet. Can only log in to one device at a time, though.

Re: Teatime TV
I watch it on a laptop connected to my TV or on my iPad and as has been mentioned, the performance is very good and the providers (from the UK) claim it is a fully legitimate system, so let’s hope it continues for years to come.barrys wrote: ↑Thu Jun 28, 2018 10:47 am Sorry, I made a typing error with the price - it's €48/year, NOT €40, but still very good value. Re: Teatime TV
Teatime still works here, though all email enquiries bounce back so I would not be inclined to pay too much up front.

Re: Teatime TV
teatime added CNN in the last few days so perhaps more coming. As long as it's free I'll use it, but don't think I'd pay. Like BB says it looks too much like the old group and, as Buksida says, if they aren't answering already, I won't chance $$ (or baht)

As my post states above they have already started charging - you are in the line chum!

Until now PET, you are the only person I know that has received the e-mail. Are there any others?

Re: Teatime TV
I'm watching the football daily on my laptop (via the web player option) for free so far...
N.B. When the new-look TTTV arrived I could only watch on Firefox. Chrome has been sorted out (an issue with an HTML5 error) so I can view on both browsers now.

OK I am still using it free, but I get a box saying I need to start a subscription and I should e-mail them. I'll ride it as long as it's free

Re: Teatime TV
I got that and replied, now have a free trial until Wednesday, allegedly, but I'm trying to work out how they correlate my email to my access? You can't reply via the message you get, so I just sent an email in the normal way. So how do they know where I am watching it from? It's clearly from the same guy's as before, where you could load it on various systems, but only watch on one.
