You could rent a house for that...

Re: looking for room for long term (for Thai lady)
The Thai workers in the malls have a monthly salary of 10000-14000 baht
The cant NOT rent a condo or appartment like falang do....
They just rooms like everywhere in Thailand...
Only for hua hin i dont know where to find...
Or do you think a worker in BIG C rent an apartment of > 10.000 baht a month ?
please only serious answers.....

Of course I don't think that, and I'm being perfectly serious. I was working on your stated budget. Mrs D-M rents a presentable 2-bed town house between HH and Cha-am for 3,500 per month.
Feel free to ignore that information though.
EDIT: I'm not sure if she pays 3k or 3.5 k. She recently moved from a larger detached property which she rented for 5,500 per month.

Ask your question in one of the Hua Hin based buy/rent/sell FB-groups and you will have plenty of offers.carl1790 wrote: ↑Sat May 04, 2019 10:53 pm The Thai workers in the malls have a monthly salary of 10000-14000 baht

For even greater success ask the 'Thai lady' to post in one of the Thai language FB-groups in the area.

Addera Residence...(out on the Pala U road, next to the driving school) has nice big rooms for 4500/month (plus electic & water). Many Thai ladies there, but you do need a motorcycle as it's out of town.

No, it's not in town, it's about halfway between HH and Cha-am.

There is a larger truck type bus that goes down that road about every thirty minutes.carl1790 wrote: ↑Sun May 05, 2019 2:40 pmTxusual suspect wrote: ↑Sun May 05, 2019 10:49 am Addera Residence...(out on the Pala U road, next to the driving school) has nice big rooms for 4500/month (plus electic & water). ^ "well organized" Nope. Not for anyone. People of all persuasions end up sorting it out.
