A and B guesthouse?

Post by stickyjack »

Hello, new user here.javascript:emoticon('')respect!

How is A and B guesthouse??
I think it's in that little bit where there's a tons of guesthouses, it seems like a little holiday village down there...not too sure if I want that. But it's impossible to find real arial photos of the whole place.

Is it an alright place to stay for four nights?

Basically, how far will I have to walk to get to
a) a market to buy fruit
b) any real town stuff like shops and cafes
c) anything other than holiday village?
and do they hire bicycles??

If I am totally wrong in my impression, then excuse me, I am looking forward to being there, and just want to know what the place and the immediate area is like. Is it too partyish?
Quiet? Full of pink tourists?
Would it be better to stay at K Place, which I've heard about and for some reason, really like the look of?
I know I can stay at a place in the middle of things, but they seem a bit whoreish.
No offence to escorts.

I have not been staying at A&B but as you say. There is a street with some numbers of guesthouse's on that street. Leng, Nilavan and so on. Good price places with a pool that they all have togetter.

I think it's about 700 meters from this street up to town trafic light so it's a OK walk.
On some days you have a market selling many things at the place outside the hosital 3-400m from the streat. There is also some supermarkets on the road.

I have been staying at this street many times. I like the soft atmosphare and the good beach just 30-50 m from the street.
And if I need some partying/food it's 10-15minutes walk or 50 thb by tuk-tuk.
