Here in norway the bar`s charge you 40 kroner for a beer who
cost 10kroner in the supermarked.

Anyway. i like the bar`s in Thailand alot better

May last year I paid 96 Kr (equal to 524 Baht) for 1 pint of beer in Oslo.
Outdoors and cold as hell.


And Bearhug is wailing because he must pay 70 Baht in a bar that is full of beautiful girls, + maybe a pool table and some unforeseen music!!

Anyway, has it not crossed your mind that All Nations makes it's money primarily from renting out rooms, then does food and drink cheap to try and keep the patrons in there.
It's a secondary income source.

Bars have to rely on the income from their beer as it's their main income source, they sure don't make much money from the odd bar fine here and there.
Also All Nations bar area has two staff on salaries, most bars have between 6 to 12 on salaries, therefore bigger overheads.

Think about it.

The All Nations is not the only bar that has room's. If this is your theory "Burger" then compare it with London Bar which is no different, yet how much are they charging?

Dont sleep there, wont drink Chang on 7/11 steps as I cannot play pool their or eat nice food at a table or get served, can at All Nation's and wont get ripped off..

I hope this establishment is giving you a fat discount for all the plugging you're giving it on here ... you'll probably need it too by the sounds of your budget - its pretty lame if a person selects a venue solely based on its price of beverages.

This is correct, and I am constantly in search of a venue where the serving wench has legs close to 1 meter, and a gleaming smile as she slowly bends over to place the beers on the table.

Once the 'coyote dancing' problem disolves into the past, maybe time to open "Hooters Thailand"? They've just opened one in China but I hear having some problems concerning the 'hooter quality'...LOL. Pete

Doubt if Hooter's would open in Hua Hin, probably Bangkok first, wishful thinking? Have you been to Hooter's or just seen iton Fox TV?

15 staff, think you are confusing staff with hookers. Hookers are there to ply their trade, they dont get paid to sit down on a chair aiting for a customer to bar fine them. I think you will find that they may pay 2 staff who are the cashier's.

The Hilton is a very nice establishment with a live band and many staff, you pay what you get.

I see no difference between the All Nations Bar and any other bar of the same standard in or outside of this area.
If one bar can do it then it shows that you are being ripped off.
My threads are obviously worth your research, glad to be of interest to you.

35 baht for a beer Chang is spot on if thats your tipple. If you need to have the company of paid female's then carry on getting ripped off, upto you.

Norseman was referring to Bar Girls, I would not refer to them as lady's, think that is pushing a point.
With anything in Thailand you get what you pay for, I would rather go to BKK if I had to pay for the company, which I dont, leave that to Burger and Norseman.
