My interpretation says:
Public relations support for those who come to check for Covid-19 MINISTRY OF LIC HEALTH Procedures
1. Anyone who is at risk according to the announcement of covid-19 examination, you must wait for the results within 48-72 hours. If you are infected, the staff will call you to come to the hospital immediately.
2. If more than 72 hours, it is considered not infected within 7 days.
3. While waiting for the results, quarantine at home, follow the preventive measures, keep distance, wear masks and wash your hands frequently.

Thoughts.......... 48-72 hours seems a long time, this far into the pandemic. I thought it was down to 30 mons these days.
The timelines they've reported all have results a day later. 30 mins refers to antibody tests I think. HHH is reporting large numbers of people wanting tests so that probably impacts the processing time.
Just come from one of my local bars, which is open. The owner called the police this morning to ask whether she can open her bar. It seems the police are just as confused. The police told her that she can open but she may have to close later today once the police understand what they have to do.
Just as I left, she had a call from the police telling her that she can stay open today but she has to close tomorrow.
Once again it appears that restrictions have been left to the governors. So far the governors of 42 provinces have issued closure notices, leaving 34/35 provinces who are doing nothing.

What is clear is that covid 19 is alive and well in Thailand which will lead to inevitable local outbreaks which will continue to escalate and spread. What I really cannot understand is why there is not in progress a mass vaccination programme. There is simply no excuse for any government or regime not to put the welfare of its people as their first priority.
Surely for a country that earns more than 20% of its GDP from tourism the desire to have a virus free holiday destination must be overwhelming. Europeans have accumulated record levels of savings during covid times and once vaccinated will be desperate for a safe holiday destination.
Therefore you have to wonder whether the covid situation is being utilised for political purposes and the continuation of the current regime is in fact the only priority..........surely Thailand deserves better
Field hospital being set up at HHH 5. This is the building in the middle of nowhere near the 'Grand Canyon' area west of the town. For 60 beds I was told.
