FFS - I don't know if unique to this item, but the seller will review my comments and inform me within 4 days whether they agree with my observations. I've never had that with Lazada before, so it looks as though fft100 is 100% correct about the returns policy having changed.

Maybe I won't be returning after all. If that happens, I'll think seriously about using Lazada in future.

I had the same as your picture return_02.png. After 4 days the seller did not respond, so I could send it back. After receiving the package the seller has 6 days time to make a "review" about it. I think he will be penalized from Lazada, if his description does not correspond to the goods delivered.

[Edit] Wow!!! The returns process actually seems to have got easier. The courier will arrange a pick-up time and collect from my house. Previously, I've had to take items to 7-11 or Kerry. Looks simple.

I keep getting offered similar, but nothing as cheap as 46฿. When you drill down, do any have them in size 49?

When your feet are like canoes, you have very little choice of style, and cheap doesn't happen.

That is where the fun begins. They will put it into your Lazada Wallet. However, dirty, smelly, Covid ridden Farangs aren't allowed to have a Lazada Wallet. You will need to contact customer services to request they transfer the money to your bank account. OK, a bit of a nause, but actually, quite simple.

Not true any longer. You are now allowed to have a wallet. Just apply on line (when buying or not buying). It wants a scan of your passport and a selfie. That's it. I had a few hundred in my wallet and now I have used them ::-). It took less than a minute to set up.

Well guys. I guess I'm still a dirty, smelly, Covid ridden Farang, who is not trusted with a Lazada Wallet. What was your secret fft100?

You can do it from the app. The process includes taking a photo of your passport (id card for Thais).
