Some great cinematography in this one and a bit of science thrown in to boot. A bit like 'Gravity' combined with 'Arctic', goes on for a bit long but enjoyed it nonetheless.
Watched this last night whilst in quarantine. Recommended for those not yet seen.
GN.
I was looking forward to this, as I'm a big fan of old things and Kate Winslet. Unfortunately, the only interesting part of the film is that they decided to make the fossil hunter a raving lesbian, without any factual evidence that she was (true-life story), which makes this film one not to be watched with your grandchildren... I managed to get halfway through.
Yesterday I watched "The Lockdown Hauntings". It doesn't have an IMDB rating, It was made during the first UK lockdown early last year. I downloaded it just for the hell of it and fully expected it to be complete crap.
What a surprise. It's actually very scary. 1 hr 45 mins and kept my family quiet for a change which is quite an achievement. Being Thai, they can't stop talking over a movie. With this one, not a word!

Recommended. You'll be surprised.
Horror nut here will obviously give it a go. And it's got Tony Todd 'The Candyman' in it!

Not a new one but just come up on Netflix. I enjoyed it. Written by the guys that did the guardians of the galaxy movies and suicide squad. A different, darker take on a superhero movie. Wonderfully gory in parts.

"The Woman in the Window" from a novel by A. J. Flynn.
It took over 2 years to be released with re-takes and re-shoots because of it's complex story line. Netflix bought it from Disney last year and after a few more tweaks released it recently.
Very much a page turner and one of those movies that you can lose the thread if you miss a few minutes. Pause it before making coffee or going to the loo. Unless you've read the book, I doubt that even the most astute would figure the outcome.
Anything at the moment with Bob Odenkirk in it is worth watching IMO. Loved the movie but thought it got a little too John Wick towards the end. Worth a sequel.
