Re: Vaccines - Covid 19
Queue numbers 3384-3534 ? I have successfully registered and have a 13 digit registration number which, when entered into the linked HHH website tells me I have successfully registered. Where is the queue number coming from? None of the numbers on my slip from registration look like that ( four digits)
Re: Vaccines - Covid 19
I may be wrong (again?) but I believe queue numbers were only assigned, in Hua Hin, to those due to receive vaccination in the week 7 - 11 June. These are still being worked through and the queue is around 5000, so approximately 1500 more to go. Those who have registered for July may well have been assigned queue numbers (?) but are not scheduled yet anyway so the queue numbers are not yet published. At current progress July may well turn out to be August.LolaBeltran wrote: ↑Wed Jun 23, 2021 4:14 pm Queue numbers 3384-3534 ? Keep entering your 13 digit number into this link https://www.huahinhospital.go.th/check_ ... 0OiY3Grhao .
At some point in the future, a 4 (or maybe 5) digit queue number will be allocated. Don't worry too much, I don't have a number yet either. They are busy working on the first 5 days of June first before they move on to us.
I think August may be optimistic. Don't forget, vaccine arrival is slow, and at some point, those who have had their 1st dose, will need their 2nd dose. I read this morning that they are considering moving that 2nd dose forward 4 weeks to counter the threat from the Beta Variant, so that will put us even further to the right.

Mrs BB had her jab yesterday, and her next appointment is 14 Sept. Despite the announcement only just happening, looking at this info-graphic it looks as though the adjustments may have already been made.

Re: Vaccines - Covid 19
I wonder if you have any control over when you get the second shot. i.e. refuse the shortened interval and opt for a later one. It's something I'd do given the option.
Re: Vaccines - Covid 19
From what I've read, it's take it or leave it. They have a system, and it is working very well apart from the vaccine supply chain. I doubt they'll want people not turning up, and breaking the system. I'd guess that'll be where today's extra 150 shots came from. People not turning up, so they simply move on to the next person.

22 June to 14 September is 12 weeks as shortened from 16 weeks. But aren't they now talking about 8 weeks?Big Boy wrote:Mrs BB had her jab yesterday, and her next appointment is 14 Sept. I did wonder about that. The info-graphic I attached was attached to the story.

Re: Coronavirus (Covid-19) News
140 deaths after vaccination. It would be interesting to know after being vaccinated with which vaccine(s)
Re: Coronavirus (Covid-19) News
In Thailand? I thought the Govt. were saying 'no deaths tied to Covid-19 vaccines but investigation still ongoing'

Re: Vaccines - Covid 19
Some worrying news from my other half in Bkk. Two of her colleagues have the virus. They have both had the 1st and 2nd jab of sinovac. One worked at a different site, the other in the same building, but not in the same work area, which has now been professionally cleaned. As everyone has now had at least one jab of a vaccine (AZ in my other half's case), they started returning to work in the office on alternate days from last Monday.

Re: Coronavirus (Covid-19) News
Just replayed it. Yes he definitely said 103 (sorry, I got the number wrong) deaths after vaccination in Thailand. Only 20 have been identified so far as not being related to the vaccine, 4 cannot be determined one way or the other and the rest is still under investigation.
Re: Vaccines - Covid 19
Well with Sinovac having only a 50% efficacy, it means you still have a 50-50 chance of coming down with the virus.
The good news is that you're unlikely to have severe symptoms.
