"Health officials on Tuesday (July 27) reported a large spike in COVID-19 cases, the majority of which are linked to new clusters discovered at workers camps in Hua Hin.
Of the new cases, 109 were found following extensive testing of workers at camps in Hua Hin Municipality located on or close to Soi Hua Hin 88 and Soi Hua Hin 94, about 500 meters from Hua Hin School."

I would guess that's linked to the rail track development. The school is closed so that's a plus.

I imagine they're talking about Salesian school which is between those two sois as is Market Village. I still think it's linked to the track development, the main work is going on between 88 and 94.
Not sure what 'Cluster prebuild company' means.

I know there used to be a pre-build company alongside the canal basically adjacent Market Village - I've just had a look around Google Street View, but can't find it now.

Exactly, a bit close to home - these guys use the same small shops, 7-11s, etc. as we do.

In between MV and the School where the new condos are being built I was told.
It has been closed since Sunday.

Ah, the penny has just dropped. The new Intercontinental Residences opposite Market Village/Salesian School are being built by Pre-Built. Not quite so close to home then. The between Soi 88 and 94 was misleading. Should have been between Sois 69 and 71.

Covid-19 situation report  in Cha-am municipality on July 27, 2021

  One additional death, a 35-year-old pregnant woman, has been in treatment since 19 July 64. Cha-am municipality expresses its condolences to the family on this occasion.

Today, there are +37 new infected people.
The cumulative total of 740 patients
The outbreak was also found in Khlong Thien and Saphan Hin communities.  (Starting to find more Thai people in Khlong Thian and Saphan Hin communities infected and infected by family members)

 Divided into
 - Khlong Thian Community 14 people (5 migrant workers)
 - 9 Saphan Hin community (2 migrants)
 - Other communities as follows
 1. Bang Sai Yoi community, 5 cases
 (Attached from family members)
 2. Nong Chaeng Community 4 cases

 3. Ban Sa community 1 person
