I thought exactly the same as you. I told my daughter, and she read my appointment card. She read that I had to attend at 13:30 (same as first appointment). However, I asked her to show me where it said that time, and I could only make out a squiggle (apologies for tech term :D). So I will attend at the same time as appointment 1, which is what I think they told me verbally on the day as well.

I am due to have this jab but I have not been given a time, I see from past posts that others are also having their second jab on this date so does anyone know what the times are, thank you
If you don’t get a specific time, I’d turn up about 7.30 in the morning

Probably more important to me, has anybody applied for their Vaccine Passport yet? Was the process as described?
After you receive both doses, go to the ground floor on the left side Hospital Reception. Speak to the hospital staff and tell them what you want and they will contact the proper department to help in the process. Bring your paper showing both doses are done, your passport and 50 baht for the fee. Wait one week for the hospital to call you to pick up the book.

If you received a vaccination from another facility you should contact them directly for their process to get the booklet.

I do not think so - it is the time that you were given the first jab at 1339 hrs ( 1.39) and is why it is written on the Sinovac part of the Record. I have a similar entry of 1328
It does not matter where you come from, it's where you are going that matters.

It's all very well getting a 'vaccine passport', but what use is it presently? Not recognised in the US, Europe or the UK. Only Sinovac is recognised in China.
I hope this changes, but currently it appears to be nothing more than a piece of paper.

This is why I ask, especially in light of the Covid Pass announcement. I have absolutely no intention of travelling in the near future, but never say never. For 50฿, it isn't going to do any harm. I just wonder if this is what they mean by the Covid pass. As usual, clear as mud in Thailand. If nothing else, it will give me a record that I was jabbed. Probably as useful as my Yellow Book.

It’s of use if you leave Thailand and then need to show it on your return that you’ve been fully vaccinated (in the eyes of Thailand at least).

To me, for 50฿, it is as well having it, whether used or not. Who knows what other uses there will be dreamt up for it? It's a piece of paper, and Thais love their paper, although I'm surprised it doesn't have a QR code printed somewhere.

So back to my original question, has anybody else done it/successfully obtained one?

50 baht to register. I don't see the point in that. It means using a credit card/debit card for FIFTY BAHT!

Can't you just take 50 Baht out of your pocket?

I think you may be at crossed purposes :D

I think HHTel is talking British Embassy registration, and I think PeteC is talking Vaccine Record.

Going back to the vaccine record, I've just spotted the first requirement, which many of you probably wouldn't be interested in, but I can see it becoming a greater requirement as time goes on.

On the Thailand Football thread, I've been saying how crazy it is that teams are asking for 25% fan capacity to be permitted at stadiums. I've just read that this will be approved providing supporters can prove 2 vaccinations. If not the vaccine record, what other proof will people be able to show?

Incidentally, I have no intention travelling to watch footie in the near future, but we're going to need something for many things IMHO.
