Hmmmm..................... I've eventually got Mor Phrom working, so thought what a good idea to get my electronic vaccine cert. It seems there is no record on Mor Phrom of me having had either vaccine yet. So the purchase of the Covid 19 Certificate of Vaccination seems to be the only way forward. We have to remember, TIT, PIB (paper is best). :banghead:

After my first vaccine, Mor Phrom had a record, but my 2nd vaccine seems to have obliterated that.

I tried to register someone on the Expatvac platform yesterday using an iPad ... it took over an hour because the damn thing would only accept one image/file upload but it wanted a photo of the passport page AND visa. You get the feeling it is done intentionally here ... :banghead:

I tried to look at my vaccine record on Mor Phrom today. My phone forced me to do an update. Mor Phrom is now on it's back with it's legs in the air.

I uninstalled/re-installed, and although it now gives the illusion of working, requesting information throws up error messages.

I'm having the same problem today with the Mor Phrom app. Exactly the same symptoms. I re-installed, also without success.

Thanks for that - very useful info. Based on that, my wife's appointment should be on 13th.

So for the benefit of those of us who haven't yet tried to get a vax cert, and by the many posts above we fully appreciate you guys have been through the pain barrier on this, please can you now summarise(nb if known yet) how do get our certs when...

1. We've only had one vax(or do we have to wait for the 2nd one to start process?)

And

2. Like many others I was a walk in at HHH. Whilst I registered with expatvac, my offer of a jab (Pfizer) came just minutes after I did walk in (Sino /Astra). So whilst expatvac have my info, technically I didn't have my jab via them. How does that affect things?

Thanks in advance

It's working for me again too, now. Interestingly enough, seeing as we both had our two jabs on the same days, via the same process and at the same hospital, the digital certificate works for me. I can get it either through the Mor Phrom app, or using Line.

She's been registered with Mor Phrom from the very beginning - that's how she got her first jab.

The trouble is it still shows her second shot as being due on 27 September, which we know is wrong based on the new guidelines issued on June 14.

Luckily we now have the info from BB that shows she should get her second dose on September 13.

This has been a big topic of discussion over on "the other place." It seems that you can do this if you use a PC and you select both files to be uploaded together using Ctrl-click.

2. I can not help with the certificate question but like to ask you myself if I understand this correct that you had appointment for Sinovac/Astrazeneca but got a jab there and then with Pfizer? If so when was that?

No, he got the message from expatvac saying he could get the Pfizer vaccine the next day, but it came minutes after he'd already got the SinoVac shot. So it was too late for him to get Pfizer.

No, I've tried everything. Both Mor Phrom and Line. I am obviously not vaccinated.

Thinking about it, would I really want to get dressed up, visit a nice restaurant and have to rely upon a Thai IT system to get me in? Paper is the only sensible way forward in this modern Thai technical age. :?

I’m sure you won’t get your certificate until you’ve had your second jab - I got mine at a Cha Am which is different than at HH, but I’m sure they will do the same, although a slightly different process

Thanks Dannie, I'll raise the matter with HHH on second jab. Image

thecolonel if your appointment card is the same as mine was, it is also your certificate of vaccination (if you read it, it says so on the appointment card). When you receive your 2nd jab, they simply stick the 2nd batch number alongside the first.

Crikey you're right!

All the talk on here of getting vaccination certificates issued had me thinking there was another process altogether, maybe online etc

Sorted, thanks
