Ottawa set to win Stanley Cup

Post by matthew80 »

For all you NHL fans: Ottawa defeated Buffalo in overtime to win the series 4-1. Nothing can stop them now. Well...perhaps Detroit.

Or Anaheim. I hope it will be the Mighty Ducks if not for anything else but for Teemu Selänne. He´s had a great 15 years in NHL, scoring more than 70 goals in his rookie season in the early 90´s but he has never won the cup.

"Ducks" or "Wings" ...doesn't matter...Ottawa will carve up and eat whatever gets served to em.

It´s Ottawa vs Anaheim. Does anybody know if ESPN will be showing the finals?

3-1 lead for the Ducks, looks very difficult for Ottawa now. Only one team in the history has come back from 1-3 to win the Cup.

I think Ottawa's toast! However, I shall stay optimistic till the last! Canada has not won the cup since Montreal...not sure..I think 93.
