I’m sure it won’t stay this way, but after 16 minutes play, it’s Wales 0 Italy 6.

Sorry PH!!

Purely by coincidence I've logged on to inform the forum of exactly the same thing, except that it's after 27 minutes.

We're lucky to be only 12-7 down at half time. Completely inept performance so far by Wales - zero clue/tactics in attack and some poor defence plus silly mistakes/errors.

That said, Italy have been very good - great kick chase, far more positive at the breakdown and a damn good defence. Wales being shite in attack look very unlikely to do anything at the moment. :(

A while to go yet for my Tee-Hee moment though.... :)

Bugger me sideways, what a finish to the game! Didn't see that coming. Thoroughly well deserved, though, no question about that.

Well played Italy they deserved to win against a very poor Welsh side.

Wales could finish 3rd outright with a bonus point win - hardly the greatest, but we'll finish above England :neener:
England could finish 5th...... Ooops!
Scotland could finish 5th - a little sad to see after their start in the Championship.
Thought I would reminder of your forecast of the table. Wales finish 5th :neener: :neener:

Absolutely - Wales were clueless, zero tactics as is the norm under this coaching team. With the exception of Gethin Jenkins, they must go now and give us half a chance of getting a platform for the RWC next year.

Italy on the other hand were superb - beat Wales in every facet of the game. Hats off to them.

My Tee Hee moment must wait a little longer

That is a well earned earned man of the match, 2 star moments stopped a certain Italian try and then scored a try.

At half time I was ready to write let's say goodbye to Eddie Jones. England improved in the 2nd half, and overall they had a pretty decent game, but they were well beaten by a much better side, possibly the best in the world at the moment. The finishing 6 Nations positions are probably a fair reflection of how the teams are playing at the moment.

And I still think it's time to put Jones out to pasture. Too much chopping and changing, no clear, consistent direction.

Yep, pretty much agree there.... Unfortunately

Christ, how do you think we feel in Wales with Pivac and Co.? The WRU are a joke in the way they run things - Christ, they pushed Edwards away and handed France a world beating set up... :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

But hey, huge congrats to Les Bleus on the Grand Slam - unfortunately, I'm still unable to post the final table for the HHF Prediction League (something amiss at Superbru). Suffice to say I'm not leading after the disaster in Cardiff!!

July tours to come - hopefully minus Pivac in Wales' case!!
