Why bother, as most don't pay the camera citation, and if they can't hold your license till you pay ... who is actually going to pay. I know I'll never pay another ticket, if I ever receive one. When in Rome ....

After 2 yrs, they are null & void, so unless they actually start using their computers, and hold up your vehicle registration until paid .... oh well.
