Hey on the topic of Happy Hours and bars that advertise here.

I'm not going to say the drinks were cheap or anything like that but as far has Happy Hours go I was in the Sugar Cane before and while small, it has a great atmosphere.

Last time I was there I knocked down some serious Jack n' cokes and no doubt stumbled off with a smile on my face.

I recommend it and it is a worthy stop on any crawl through that part of town.

headrock bar had happyhour 7pm-9pm, atleast last winter. Dont know for sure know, but probably they still have it. Beers and some drink 50b.
