Oh please ... the world if full of karens & snowflakes
I'm offended these people even exist, damn embarrassing to the human race
I wonder what online company (Thai conglomerate) they are vested in ...
... I wish China would halt trading with the world for 1 month, and watch the manufacturing, sales world come to a grinding halt. Anti China BS is starting to get silly.

I don't think it's anti-China, it's anti-Lazada advertising. Thailand is predominantly pro-China.

Yes, that's why I suspect possibly a hidden agenda to it, by possibly a large conglomerate, playing the offended royalist card.
LAZ has got to be cutting into a lot of all Thai business profits, even if selling the same Chinese products. Online vs brick & mortar pricing, and why we shop at LAZ.

One of my concerns with Lazada is the large number of suspect items being flogged. Two recent items were a mobile and an air fryer. It is not always possible to determine the provenance of an item, but if you can demonstrate through convincing evidence that the items is actually counterfeit, Lazada will refund your money no matter what the vendor claims.
The phone could not access Google's Playstore because under the authentic looking packaging and appearance it was actually a Huawei phone as demonstrated by its IMEI info.
The air fryer was suspect because of its dodgy price and lack of any true indica of it being the manufacturer the vendor claimed - a sticker and a laser cut name did not make it a Philips.
In both instances returning it claiming counterfeit item and submitting your evidence elicited the following push back to the vendor from Lazada:
Reason: Counterfeit item
Comment: Dispute team has requested to provide evidence by seller.:
Google Translate:
Reason: Counterfeit item
Comment: Dispute team has requested to provide evidence by seller.: From the inspection of this item, the customer returned due to "Assumed to be a counterfeit product". According to Lazada's policy, the sale of counterfeit products is prohibited. Therefore, please attach the proof of purchase directly from the brand or the product warranty card. To confirm it with payment from the shop. The merchant can report back information via the seller's Seller Center at the "Return" menu. If no reply from the store within 48 hours (excluding Saturday - Sunday), Lazada will process the refund. with customers by pulling money from the store
Too many unknowns and too much aggravation buying from Lazada.
At one time I ordered a massage table and it never arrived. It took a long time to get a refund.
I haven't tried shoppee and I'm considering buying a printer from them. Has anyone had any problems with shoppee?
There's not much between them, sometimes Shoppee has much better deals for the sames item than Laz. Though the platform is glitchy and Laz is much easier to use. Both are awash with fake goods so read the reviews (or get a Thai to if you can't).
Our biggest issue with both of them is delivery times which are now around a week. That said, both are still a lifeline since we can't actually buy anything out in the boonies.

So sad we have to take photos & videos to protect ourselves from the vendors BS
Received bike, disc brake & front wheel won't install properly, thankfully I documented it, as vendor show a different photo, of 'their' version .... and a bit different from what was returned ...
Vendor's BS ... they are submitting to LAZ to deny refund
My son ordered a used mainboard from Laz a few days ago and received an empty box.
I advised him to photograph it, file a dispute and claim the money back. Fortunately, the seller owned up and refunded the money, but that wouldn't have been the case if no action was taken.
Lazada shouldn't face punishment for offending a few nazi royalists but maybe it should for allowing fake goods and scammers to infiltrate the platform in such huge numbers.

MB was an ASRock B450, not sure what VM refers to. Computer parts prices are off the chart again so resorting to used, but Laz is a minefield when buying stuff as so many are finding out.
