Question regarding Rainbow/Toby

I just read about this awful news. I am hoping that someone can clear up a question: I remember being there in 2003 and his wife also worked there...I believe she was named "Som". Is she the one accused of this crime? Or, is Som his second wife?

Thanks for any light you can shed on the subject, and RIP Toby.

thanks for the link, Lev. I'm still not sure if "ex-wife Panada " is the same person as the lady I knew as "Som"?
