Things not to say to your wife, girlfriend, partner

Post by PeteC »

I just have one that happened tonight. You all can take it from here. :D Pete

Don't ever say you like you wife's new perfume when what you're really smelling is the fabric softner she used today when washing her new nighty. Doors shall slam everywhere!

Fabric softener Pete! You mean you don’t send her down to the river to beat the laundry on a rock.

I will take you home in a cab and then just go back for a couple of nightcaps (then arrive home at 5.00am in the morning on 1st day of holiday)
Next day walking down the street people you do not know walk past you on the street saying morning Steve.
I have never been allowed to forget this.

Freudian spelling mistake maybe? I can just imagine all the nagging you got about that!

Was typing with a Stella/Becks induced head today, was amazing that was the only mistake.
And to answer your question, yes I did recieve serious nags over the holiday, and still to this day, is always bought up when friends ask about times in Thailand.

That's another thing never to say to her, unless you also want to be beaten with a rock...LOL. Pete

Yes Pete, I learnt the folly of meddling in laundry matters last year when I accidentally put my partner’s mobile phone in the washing machine. She came in and said “have you seen my phoneâ€
