Does anybody think getting BOI approval on a business, getting all the tax breaks, and having that company own the house is a good idea?

Does anybody else think think the company way is the best way that is if all your ducks are in row and you know what your doing (back-up plans etc. for contingencies like Thai law changes and so on) ?

Does anybody realize that if you have a company and even if you are the managing director, if you happen to die riding home on your motorbike and there is no plan, the majority Thai share ownership can just hold a meeting and take things over?
