CAN YOU SEE WHAT IT IS YET?

Some movement with all of this timber today. I think somebody suggested scaffolding, and that is what it looks like to me.

I asked Mrs BB to ask one of the workers what was being built. The answer was a bridge :? So the 'ask one of the workmen' suggestion failed miserably. I'm still back to my platform idea on which they will stage shows.

it will be a platform where they will build a "museum"....or maybe a place for exposition about history of the lake and the donation of the land by a former king of thailand....and a coffee shop.

If that is the site of the museum and a coffee shop, it will be extremely small. I thought the museum was the construction site next to Memory Cafe.

If it was going to be immersive they wouldn't need the concrete piles!

Does anybody actually know yet? Don't forget, one of the workmen thinks he's building a bridge :?

i am not surprised by what said the worker...."bridge" in thai is a very common word for anything over water. It is pretty sure that it will be something about "memorabilia" like a "sala" with some pictures and text about the king who donate the land. Not a museum as europeans can think. And a coffee.

I asked a neighbour to the Tesco they built opposite 114.
A week before it opened as a supermarket, the neighbours opposite said it would be a car showroom - 100%

Only time will tell

Someone should open a book on what it will be - sounds as though it could be anything going by the posts so far!!

No progress to report on the mystery in the lake - no developments.

A new mystery today. Last year's project was flattening a bit of wasteland, and planting shrubs. Today, they are clearing the same land again, destroying last year's shrubs. Confused? You will be.

Some action on the mystery lake project today. Many of the concrete piles have been decapitated.
