Well, he has now admitted the heinous offence of talking a little raunchy to one of the ladies involved. In one case, he has basically alleged that she and he were having an adult conversation in a bar - alcohol was involved - in which she, according to him, gave him the proverbial come on, and he was dumb enough to follow it up in messages, no nasty pics or vids though - according to him. I think he would have been wise to leave all that unsaid.

Anyway, it's all in the past, as is his life. Cancelled that is. In this puritanical age, he will be shunned forever more, his friends will start acting strange, and his calls are never answered, people will cross the street to avoid him and stare and point as his family walk by, and when his funds dwindle, he will be forced to leave his home, his kids will be pulled from their private school and forced into a workhouse, he and his wife will resort to working as road sweepers to get by, forever mocked by the paparazzi, before he gets hauled into court for all the non payment of bills he can't afford to pay, and tragically hangs himself as a consequence, while his wife is forced into prostitution. Only then, will the people and medias lust be sated. Meanwhile, the ladies involved, who shall remain anonymous, will get rich by selling their stories to the media. Or something like that. Meanwhile, we look back at the clumsiness of our own lives, and think: There but for the grace of God, go I.

Just my imagination running wild. He might be a right bar steward and done something seriously bad.

Oh so right, if I look back at some of the things I said or did, I’d probably be locked up today!!

Sven Goran Eriksson dies

https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/live/cwywd2e5317t

He had been fighting cancer for some time so not a surprise but still sad - he was a true gentleman.

Very sad news, I learnt about it from your post. A legend of the sport.

It was the lead item on the BBC 6 o’clock news and the only comments I have read are those of admiration. Having said that, there has been mention of him having an eye for the ladies, but then again…….

What would Ten Hag have given to have inherited the team of ‘99?

I think you'll agree with me GN, the current management will support him in every way possible, and try to mold him into a decent manager. There isn't any 'blame game' culture at Home Park - you have to do something exceptionally bad to get the boot at Plymouth.

Without the usual pressures on a football manager, he might have the opportunity to shine.
