Personally, I did not enjoy Tulsa King. IMHO Stallone should be hanging around Soi 80 bars, an old git like that thinking he's attracting the women. As for the fight scenes..............

Total fantasy.
BB, I just wish you'd get off the fence sometimes.
I would never even have considered watching it even if recommended, you state the precise reasons!
^ Each to their own, and let's be fair I'm just looking for a bit of fun rather than "credibility" at times. What would people have expected from "Sly"? It's a perfect match for him and it is what it is - did anyone expect a deep, intellectual drama? And hey... If it was that poor BB, why did you actually watch the FULL SEASON?!
I'll certainly watch the second season and quite looking forward to it...

This is not a recommendation - in fact almost the opposite. I’ve watched 3 episodes out of 6 of the new BBC drama Nightsleeper and without giving too much away, it has a script bordering on the ridiculous, but I’m going to continue watching it in the (probably forlorn ) hope that it gets better!!
^^I'm on episode 3 as well, and I'm sort of enjoying it, in spite of the occasional moment of irritation. It's a classic bomb on train scenario (although come to think of it, I don't believe there is a bomb, just a runaway train!) with some 21st century cyber tech upgrades. It's got me on the hook (not difficult these days) and I'll definitely go to the end.
I don’t know how I managed to force myself, but I’ve just finished watching the last episode of the Nightsleeper. It was at so many times, absolute codswallop and yet I felt compelled to keep watching it!!
On the whole not a big fan of westerns but I give a big for That Dirty Black Bag(2022)
Bounty hunter Red Bill is on the hunt for a particular outlaw and is collecting the heads of other wanted individuals as he searches. His investigations take him to the town of Greenvale where he falls foul of the local sheriff Arthur McCoy( Dominic Cooper)who sees him as infringing on his territory. The sheriff is also not above using his position to enrich himself. In addition there is the gold-obsessed Thompson who is trying to acquire all the land in and around Greenvale by any means possible.
A mix of Spaghetti Western and Hateful 8

I enjoyed the second series of Sherwood . It's just more of the same which is OK if you enjoyed the first series. Some excellent acting too. I'm not sure if there's enough for a third series but seems that it's coming.
I'm just downloading (from eztv) the first of 8 hour-long episodes of The Penguin, starring an unrecognisable Colin Farrell. It's being shown weekly so you might want to wait before downloading.
