I used to have the same problem until I stopped using aircon overnight.

It might sound horrendous sleeping with the aircon all night, but try it, and save a stack of cash at the same time. It worked for me.

You have no idea how much sleep can influence your immunity. I would guess that you don't sleep enough since you get sick so often. From experience, if I don't sleep well for a week, I get a cold instantly, and I have a very healthy lifestyle. So make sure you sleep at least 7-8 hours; that way, your body can function correctly and get the rest it needs

I don't get them that often and rarely take any pills or meds, but Tiffy is quite effective for head colds and congestion.

I had this some time ago - after testing it proved to be allergy-related - maybe worth checking out.....

Fair enough. I thought I'd mention it because I know several people who are the same as me, and always suffer regular colds with overnight aircon.

Have you tried taking a daily antihistamine? Just a basic 10mg cetirizine will probably do.

I bet it has to be something that lowers your immune system, so we have to figure out what that thing is

Which as already suggested will require a visit to a professional to help identify the cause.

Yeah, I was thinking that too; running some blood tests should do the job.
