Yes good idea,maybe my immune system may be the cause.thank you all for your replies

Thank you all for your messages,had a visit to my Dr,blood test etc,results were as one kind member .mentioned Immune system low,so now on meds,and she said I need to eat lots of Capsicum red or peppers.carrots sweet potatoe, Broccoli and oranges.so have started.thanks again lads.have a great day

Try using one of those sinus rinse solutions on a regular basis. A small squeezy bottle that is used to squirt salt water into the nose and into the sinuses.
They are sold in Fascino or Boots for a couple of hundred baht, and come with sachets of a salt powder that you dissolve in water (bottled, not tap, and body temperature, cold water will give you one of those painful forehead ice freezes that you can get with iced drinks)
I also get a lot of sinus probs. that progress to sore throats and colds in Thailand, I put it down to allergies .. dust and pollens etc. .. and I find that daily rinsing definitely helps reduce the symptoms.
