And Liverpool fans would have been equally restless in the second half against Wolves, after looking reasonable value for a half time lead of 2-0 and having to settle for a 2-1 win. Liverpool’s next 3 games are quite tough with away games against Villa and Man City and a home game against Newcastle - all of them potentially point droppers, so let’s see where they are at the end of the month!!

Yes, but let's stay positive - we're now only 30 points behind Liverpool...
This is the way

Manchester United's Brazilian midfielder Casemiro, 32, wants to see out the remaining 16 months of his £300,000 per week contract, dealing a blow to the club's plans to sell him to raise transfer funds.

Looks like even the Saudi league don't want to be burdened with this donkey. Put him in with the Academy boys to make him look even half way decent. :tosser:

Who wouldn't when he can collect nearly 20 million pounds for those 16 months! I would ImageImageImageImage

I fully expect Liverpool to score at least 2 goals, more likely 3 on Sunday such are City's defensive issues.

So Man City better have their scoring boots on!

Other than mainly for Spurs supporters, it was good to see Saka back on the pitch last night, even getting his name on the scoresheet!!

Yep, and after celebrating the goal with his teammates he ran to the bench and hugged the medical/fitness coach who has helped him return to fitness.

Doesn't matter who you support, you can't help but admire and respect the lad.

Yes he comes over as one of the decent lads who still has his feet on the ground - unless it’s changed recently I read that he still lives at home!!

Au contraire, DB. I like Saka very much, both the man and the football player! The one footballer I'm gutted plays for the arse. Genuinely good lad, good to see him back.

In other news, Amorim stuck Harry Maguire up front for the last 6 minutes yesterday. Try get an equaliser. He put himself into positions that gave a higher 'expected goals' (xG) tally for a match than 72 million pound striker Hojlund has done in 15 games. Six minutes...

Last nights games did very little to change the standings of any of the teams - one of the least exciting seasons for a long time!!

Yes the only exciting part is who's going to finish 4th&5th, that's still really up for grabs.

Bad result for Bournemouth in their bid for European football.

Indeed. Champions and relegation already decided.

We do still have the incompetence of the English refs and VAR to make things interesting though. Easiest red card decision this season against Tarkowski yesterday in the Toffee/Pool game. Leg breaker... yellow card.

If it had happened a little later in the game, they give the red. On 11 minutes or whatever it was, they didn't want to 'ruin' the game.

So, so subjective our refereeing. You dont see this as often in the top leagues abroad.
