Yeah apologies for that, as Dr said many companies experience email problems here, the enquiries are usually received but the reply is often blocked by the clients email provider, we know for a fact that Aol and Hotmail treat a large percentage of genuine email as spam.

Often the e-mail comes through and is opened by a Thai in the office who has little English ability. Rather than lose face by asking someone else to look at it he bins it.

Now I understand, no problem, perhaps I should make a note of the reference numbers and then phone, or better still, visit your office.

Thanks for the advice.

thanks to all for your comments, i have pm dr dave,

i also have tried again, and i do get a reply back saying they have received my request and it will be answered soon. so i believe it is not a problem with my email server.
also i have received replies from other property owners, just unfortunely not exactly what i am looking for.

hua hin property centre does appear to have the most condo's for rent, so i hope that dr dave can help.

i had orginally planned to come with not reservation, but an earlier post suggested to make a booking due to the time of the year.

i can understand the "saving face" comment, but i have requested info on more than one condo, i would have thought the at least one would have been responded to.

i am patience, but i wanted to be sure the e mails were not just lost in neverland. if i knew they were checking with owners or not sure yet if those dates were free. as long as they told me so that would be fine also.

anyway thanks again for all the comments on this thread.

hope it is resolved and then i can look forward without concern to my 2 months in hua in.
