Anyone knows if a real Italian porchetta is available in Hua Hin? I didn't see it on the menu from Andreas or Pane & Focaccia.

And there was me admiring the way the chicken and chips defied gravity, I assumed the gravy was a bit thick. :D

Each to themselves, but I’d never normally have gravy with chips - in this instance I had some HP Brown Sauce

Pane & Focaccia has porchetta in the deli case, priced by the kilo and sliced to order. It's delicious... but not inexpensive.
