Have been feverishly slaving over my week #1 pics. Went to IKTS today, entered them and hit the button. Got a screen saying "sorry, we are doing maintenance and it may take a long time..."

Hit the back button to my selectin page and my numbers were gone, so I guess they did not get registered at all.

Anyone else experiencing this problem and "maintenance notice"? Only two days to go, I hope they fix things quick. Pete

I happened quite a bit last season, especially early in the mornings if you were trying to check your performance for that week.
Also "site being updated" is regular and probably weekly as their computer sorts the points and leagues out.
I don't remember it lasting for too long. Remember you've tomorrow and up to kick off for any of the games to enter or change stuff. If you miss a game - I did last season when back home and didn't realise there was one game kicking off at lunchtime - when I went to do my predictions I had to miss that game and lost a IKTS life. A life means that their computer predicts the score for you. Don't let that happen because it's not exactly very good!!!!

Thanks Lomu. I'm checking the Vegas, London and Budapest odds before I finalize the pics. I then have a formula developed based upon the last 10 years of performance, divided by the age of each player under 29 who is being paid more than 500K pounds per year.

There's more to it than that, but that's the basics. :D Pete

This could bring a new dimension into our league.

I"m already struggling with a game based on, until recently, some unknown tube station in a far flung part of London. Whilst I can manage this one with the support of a bottle or two of Merlot, this one appears to require something stronger. Please advise where I can get Bulls Blood in LOS and I will join in, but please, only on alternate nights.

my tactics will be quite simple even with my vast knowledge of premiership football. i will quite simply be making educated guesses & hoping for a large slice of luck :thumb:

Friggin' marvellous! 23.20 on the religions web and they are testing the site! This was my moment to sit down and argue with Mark and sort out the already submitted scorer. :guns:

Well, well, well, the day is finally here. I will fortify myself in front of my tv with all the necessary equipment to follow how the IKTS and FPL scores will advance. Well, all but one :( I still have six days before my alcohol free month is over, so I will not be accompanied by any beer as the teams start clashing with each other tonight. Let´s have an enjoyable season and try to improve our last season´s 5th place finish in the overall standings. Caller, enjoy the sunshine as long as it lasts. the site is a bit of a shambles at the minute :cuss:
i tried to make my predictions last night & they were doing maintenance.
this morning too, can't seem to be able to get onto week 1 predictions page, it just shows all results were 1-1 :cuss:
they even have week 1 league table up & running, are they psychic?

Still down and only 2.45 hours to the 1st game!

All I entered earlier were some off the top of my head predictions without much thought, just in case I forgot!

Really annoying, I'm due to go out for the day soon! :(
