not sure of the accessibility of youtube in thailand at the moment but for anyone who has access, this 8 minute clip is well worth a view.
possibly a lesson for us humans in what can be achieved if you stick together as a group & look after your own?

Na,
Still banned. How about we let you all know when it's finally allowed over here, instead of you wasting your time?

Fair enough RZR,
However, this is a Thai forum. Sure, there's plenty of posts that have nothing to do with the country.
However, for us here, it's a bit exasperating to see a link that I'm sure would be "funny".
The funny thing though is that we're not allowed to see it. Have you seen the news section? The generals don't like us seeing anything that's in any way controversial.
Sure, I could go through a p**** server and get what you indicated, but that action is now a criminal offence here.
Bring it on. China here we come.

Hi Lomu, its not funny in any way, just an amazing longish clip involving buffalo, who I guess must have been sleepwalking, a pride of lions and a crocodile.

Its been available for a couple of months now. Surprised the beeb only just picked up on it, but then auntie is not the service it once was!

I was hoping to provide a link via the beeb, but there links takes you to....yup, youtube!

Sorry about that.

thats fair enough too lomu, but just because its a thai forum we shouldnt limit posts to just thai related subjects.
i understand your feelings of exasperation but didnt intend to annoy you or anyone that cannot access youtube.

This could be a NEWS FLASH, Heebio. I haven't tried yet as of this posting. Even the Data Base section of the Bangkok Post last Wednesday stated that UTube was still not unlocked. Pete

PS: Someone with high speed try it?

Are you using one of those dodgy p****y servers that have recently been made illegal in Thailand? Jail time for using one of those these days - apparantly. :thumb:
Other than that, I've got no idea. Computer experts?

I`m on True ADSL in Bangkok just now and I get the green screen. Yesterday it displayed: "you do not have access rights to this site, contact your system administrator!!! :guns:

Tried using CAT Hinet and TT&T maxnet (home, corporate and leased line accounts) - blocked on all.

From the above comments we can eliminate:

CAT
TT&T
TOT
DTAC
TRUE

What ISP are you on Heebio?

There is a way to access it but I could be arrested by the cyberpigs for even discussing it on a public forum.

Maxnet Indy 1024/512 kbps

I dunno the difference between this connection and others but it's been real fast recently for downloading songs and been almost completely stable for the time I've had it - approx 6 months.

Hope I ain't spoken too soon....
