A few months ago I listened to a group called Nightwish....... Amazing sound... Scandanavian I think but well worth a listen. Female vocalist sings opera style but group plays quite heavy rock. Very different.

Nirvana MTV live. Still does it for me.

I'm seriously thinking about putting AC/DC on again. C'mon Bon Scott. (DVD).
Then again. I could just be diplomatic towards my neighbours and close the computer down.
Na, "Rock and Roller", here we come.

if any one would like a copy of the CD i have made of our local Karaoke bar
please send a stamped addressed envelope to My house , our st , amphur Hua Hin 77110 prachuap kiri khan , Thailand .

recorded live on a built in laptop microphone inside my house with all the windows and doors closed which can clearly be heard rattling, the karaoke bar is over half a kilometer away and the soi dogs baking( sorry barking) out side my house are drowned out by the wailing of some issan wench with a 3 shilling microphone and a 3 million watt crystal set amplifier .....
peaking at over 120 decibels its a must for all music lovers

How much, dr dave? I particularly want to hear Soi Dogs Baking (nice semi-correction, BTW!), even at the risk of Dawn's disapproval... I thought their album What The Chuffin 'Eck Are We All Howling At was a classic.

Would 3 shillings cover it?
This is the way

If you're into this kind of music, might I recommend you search for some 'Bell X1' - haunting, thoughtful and beautifully written.

Sounds good Dr. Dave

A few weeks ago I lashed out THB100 and bought a DVD of 70's hits - all of which are absolute shite - except one - which is why I bought it.

Steve Harley & Cockney Rebel - Come up and see me............

Dated but memorable

Now then, you've got me going. I gonna put on a bit of "Waiting for Columbus". Already done.
Little Feat - brilliant. "Chairman Mao" is on now. Dosn't seem that Lowell George is willin' to talk to him right now on the telephone. Or John Wayne, or whoever....
