I want to rent a villa please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Post by Foxxey1968 »

I am looking to rent a villa in HH next Mar-Apr 2008 for 2 months. I have lost count of the rental companies Ive contacted and had no reply now! Finally tonight Ive had an answer from Owners Abroad Thailand-Hallelujah!!!! Does anyone know of this company and its reputation? It looks safe and honest on the net but so difficult to tell by reading website only. Im concerned about sending 50% deposit when I know nothing about this company. However no-one else is answering my emails. I have even completed booking forms which have been ignored!!!![/b]

Try to contact JW by PM....may be he can help you to find what you want!
Seems to be a very serious, trustful and nice guy!

To give you more comfort, just take a look to his last statement, and click on PM:

Why don`t you use the services of HHAD? Or are they not answering you also???? If you cannot trust this site, better you do not pay anybody in advance.

If you're using Hotmail or Aol or even one of the other free webmail providers its highly likely they did reply but your spam filters have blocked it, especially if there was a URL in the message body.

As suggested above try sending one to house@huahinafterdark.com or contact JW and come back here to tell if you don't get a reply!

I am glad to see that nothing has changed at hhad during my long absence, or has it, is the jealousy now slightly more than before? Has HHAD become a real estate company?

Thank you for your constructive input clive, if we were as you accuse then your company name and the above comment would have been edited wouldn't it?

The fact that we let it run proves otherwise so please take your ill feeling elsewhere, our services are of no concern to you unless "jealousy" is a more of a motive to make such a comment.

The point is that I had my outgoing pms rudely closed because of remarks similar to that being posted on this thread and the fact that I attempted to solicit business by using the pms, similar to the references today to JW. As a moderator you should have remembered! I have done and will continue to take my business elsewhere. However no one has answered my other question is HHAD now a real estate company?
