The queens project

This might sound a dumb question but does anyone know anything about the queen's project about 5k on the road to the waterfall?

Specifically ,I need to find out who is in charge of it ( Yes , I know, the Queen

)but who is the man at the project I can write to about a query on access across their land ?

Can anyone with a really good local knowledge help?

burger may know, he owns sunshine mountain homes,very near to you. but hes probably down the pub
