What next for Chelsea then?

Might they even lose at home now?

Good question! Things are clearly not right at the Bridge personality wise and its not the best start, but hardly time to panic. How many chances did we miss in Tuesdays draw? Thats not his fault, but my feeling is of a team and tactics standing still, although still effective, when others, particulalry the scouse spaniards, have progressed.

Be interesting to learn more and see what happens next.

Never liked the man but can't deny his managerial skills. It will be a tough job for Abrahamovic to find a good replacement.

The new manager at Chelsea for now at least, according to the BBC is Avram Grant, the director of football. Whether this is just a temporary measure, time will of course tell.

Has Mourinho been spotted at WHL yet?

The funniest part, the new manager is a 'dustbin lid' (London fans will get it).

Next game vs Spurs the 'four-by-two' chants will be flying the other way for a change!!
"We'll be running round Chelsea with our ..............."

Hilarious.

Isn't Abramovich a 'dustbin lid' anyway? Most of the top English soccer clubs seem to be owned by 'dustbin lids' these days.

I think Jose will be missed in England and im a Liverpool fan, just for the entertainment value of his interviews and outbursts.

jose

it was obvious that the tensions between jose & roman would finally come to a head.
could have been worse for chelski, roman ambramovich could have left by mutual consent.if that happened they could end up playing on hackney marshes in the near future
i liked some of his interviews but the latest one about eggs & omelettes  shows he's lost the plot

Mate back home goes home and away with Chelski.
He says Abramovic has started missing the odd away match, leaving his seat before end of games and dressing in jeans and t-shirts instead of his 200 dollar shirts.

He may be losing interest as not a real football fan like us, he wants the Champions League trophy, it's either in your blood from when you're a kid or not, he'll be bored of lack of success, whereas we still love our club even if they're average-to-crap (Spurs).

Once he's bored and leaves, Chelski can't support their wage bill and they'll end up playing Leeds.

Just wishful thinking.

Chelski used to average 16,000 fans, now have 42,000 glory-hunting bells. Where we're they all when they were sh*t ??

Burger ( a bitter yiddo).

Post by redzonerocker »

chelsea fans are apparently organising a protest at the ground today.
i bet they won't be chanting abramovich out though :D
if roman goes, it's the end of chelski as we know it. never mind about playing leeds next season, they'll be playing in the hackney marshes sunday league :D
